A body comes down the well. A half-ghoul named Geoffrey Brightwillow, a once pious carpenter in Orzelberg was taken up to the castle where he was starved and fed and something changed. A priestess of the Red Mother visited and examined him every day. Eventually he felt ill. They took him and threw him down the well.
